Hola a todos y todas, bienvenidos sean a mi blog.

I am excited to share my journey to becoming a Spanish teacher with you. This website will serve as my TQA portfolio, documenting my growth as an educator.

My name is Laura Murillo, I'm 28 years old, and I'm thrilled to invite you on this journey that started four years ago. Originally from Colombia, I came to the Netherlands for a one-year cultural exchange. After completing my exchange, I intended to continue traveling and exploring the world, but the pandemic changed my plans. Through several twists of fate, I was able to stay here after winning the NL Scholarship (formerly the Holland Scholarship). This scholarship covered part of my first year of studies, and I have managed to continue my education independently since then.

Sharing these experiences with you is truly exciting for me, as becoming the first person in my immediate family to attend university and earn a higher education degree has always been my biggest childhood dream.
